Vicentennial Preconference Registration
Because of space limitations at the hotel due to an overlapping convention, registration is now full. If you are presenting and have not yet registered, a spot has been reserved for you.
Because another conference overlaps with the opening day of NCA, our preconference room is smaller than we requested (and the best that NCA was able to swing). Moreover, the Vicentennial has drawn a large crowd that has reached room capacity.
For those of you who were unable to attend, position papers and response papers are (or will be) posted at this site under the "Position Papers" tab. In addition, video from Damien Pfister's rhetoric of science, technology, and medicine oral history project will also be uploaded to the ARST website starting in 2013. Finally, all of the preconference position and response papers, as well as agenda setting essays on special areas of emphasis within ARST will appear in a 2013 issue of POROI. Through these means, we hope to disseminate the materials from the preconference to wider audiences.
